My Interview Advantage is a local training / consulting firm designed to match qualified applicants with companies who are either hiring or intend to do so within the foreseeable future.
At our upcoming Career Path Expo, we are seeking individuals who are interested in interviewing with local companies. Our Career Path Expo is different from other “job fair” events, in that My Interview Advantage pre-qualifies applicants to your selected positions prior to the event.
My Interview Advantage events are capped at 100 applicants, which means you will be able to spend ample time with employers and not feel inundated with hundreds of people waiting in line.
My Interview Advantage events are competiviely priced and well worth your time to target a quality job in your specific field.
In addition, there will be an Interview Skills workshop, which will be conducted as a thirty (30) minute session prior to the actual interviews, consists of several topics. Personal Branding will be a topic discussed, which will allow the applicant the opportunity to develop a clear and concise opening statement to the interview with the employer. Secondly, various types of interview questions will be introduced. This will give the applicant somewhat of an idea as to what questions to expect during an actual interview. Lastly, a formula for structuring answers to interview questions will be introduced. The system, if followed, can produce clearer and more concise answers to interview questions…which will enhance the chances of a job offer being extended!
