My name is Heath Ross, and I am the Office Manager for the Block Advisors offices in Munster IN. and Orland Park, IL. We are a professional tax preparation business that is a brand of H&R Block. What makes us unique and the reason H&R Block created this brand is that not only do we do specialize in a wide range of return types, but we are also open year-round in order to better serve our clients.
As for me personally, I came onboard in 2017 just before the start of the official tax season. I came from a background in management in a variety of different industries. I also hold an MBA as well as a Master's in Management and Organizational Behavior. I enjoy working with the public and being able to lead a team of people that can help people deal with a topic that for many can be stressful. I'm also looking forward to building relationships with other members of the chamber.
