Yes & then  is a cutting edge training and consulting firm designed to assist in the development of "soft" communication skills.  One of our core specialties will be the enhancement of business communication through improv-based training!\n\nImprovisation isn't about comedy\, performing or theater it's about reacting   being focused and present in the moment.  At its core\, improv is about communication at a very high and efficient level.  It's about working with others\, building trust and relationships around a shared goal.  \n\nImprov is also about developing self-confidence\, leadership\, listening without an agenda and quick-thinking under pressure.  Improv helps the business professional to think\, react and adapt very quickly to unexpected events.\n\nWhy improv?
